Every life is a hero’s journey—but many never cross the threshold.

They push productivity without alignment.
They override their inner voice until burnout, disconnection, and self-doubt feel normal.

Grounded in the Hero's Journey as a lived framework, I explore consciousness through a creative lens and guide multi-hyphenates—creatives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and leaders—who feel called toward a more integrated and purposeful life. Together, we identify where the journey stalled, where the inner child adapted or shut down, and where creativity, courage, and responsibility are ready to return.

I believe consciousness becomes meaningful when it is lived, not merely studied.

For more than three decades, my work has been dedicated to translating the timeless questions of consciousness, meaning, and becoming into conversations that help ordinary people navigate everyday life with greater awareness, purpose, and humanity.

My work blends psychological insight, narrative reconstruction, and emotionally intelligent, results-driven support. By addressing burnout and disconnection at their roots, clarity sharpens, and action becomes intentional rather than reactive.

This is not a theory. It is lived work.

Through my books, workshops, mentorship, and speaking engagements, I have helped others reconnect with their voice, their story, and their authorship. My work has appeared in Goop, Maria Shriver's Sunday Paper, and The Good Trade, and I have spoken at Loyola Marymount University on consciousness and lucid dreaming.

When people feel genuinely seen and supported, they step fully into authorship of their lives. When we live in authorship, each day is met with clarity and creativity—the true elixirs of a meaningful life. They stay stuck in performance over presence.

At SEEUATNOON, change begins with understanding our inner world. Productivity is not the starting point—it is the natural result of living in harmony with who you truly are.

AI can automate tasks.
It cannot replace human critical thinking, empathy, or a deep understanding of human behavior.

These are my superpowers—and they are yours, waiting to be reclaimed.

If you feel the call to live your story—not just think about it—this is your invitation.

Let’s begin.

About

Sometimes we simply need a moment to remember the story we were meant to tell—the story we were meant to live.

But most people don’t.
