My Approach to Coaching

I guide clients to swiftly align every part of their lives—relationships, work, life purpose, spiritual experiences, and healing—so they feel whole and fulfilled.

Integration of Self

We all begin with dreams. But life, expectations, and “practicality” can dim them. Integration is about remembering. It's a return to the child within, who knew joy, imagination, and truth. When we reconnect with that sacred part of ourselves, life regains its lightness and meaning.

Spiritual Integration

Mystical or transformative experiences—whether through breathwork, dreams, psychedelics, or near-death encounters—can leave us changed but unsure how to live with what we’ve seen. I help clients make sense of these awakenings, so the insight becomes grounded wisdom, not chaos.

Trauma Integration

We all carry wounds. By gently exploring your personal “when” stories—those moments where the messages got mixed—we uncover and transmute grief into creative expression, pain into purpose.

Modalities

I draw from archetypal storytelling, journaling, dialoguing, lucid dreaming, and the Hero’s Journey. Every session is a tailored experience designed to reconnect you with your joy and inner compass.

Inspired by Joseph Campbell’s enduring framework and the reflective question Do You Know the Sound of Throwing Stars Far?, this experience leads you into deeper self-inquiry. Through myth, reflection, and honest examination, you may begin to recognize that your challenges and turning points are not interruptions—but initiations.

Seeeuatnoon begins with a simple truth: you are not a role, a title, or a performance. You are a human being.

This work does not offer a system to follow or a method to master. It invites you to reclaim your clarity. The hero’s journey belongs to anyone willing to examine their life with courage and take responsibility for the story they are shaping.
